Taking Back the Holidays

I wanted to use today’s blog post to actually promote another blog. I’ve shared sentiments, quotes, and blurbs from meQuilibrium before, but this year, they’ve created a series specifically geared toward having resilience around the holiday season. This is the time of year when we see family we might not see that often — and sometimes that’s by design. Sometimes there are people we can only stand to see once a year, and even then we have to get ourselves emotionally ready for whatever implications that entails. Of course, this isn’t true for everyone, but in case it’s true for you, meQulibrium has just the thing to equip you with the tools to handle it. No need to revert back into the teenage version of yourself and allow these things to upset you. Instead, enjoy the holiday season feeling empowered, calm, grateful, and connected.

Here are the links to this powerful series. I hope you check them out!

1. Feel the Gratitude

2. Reimagine the Season

3. Reach Out Now

4. Take a Breath
