Booberry Cobbler Smoothie!

Happy Halloween!!

We had our first ever Smoothie Club meeting at Highland today, so I thought I’d share the recipe we came up with to celebrate Halloween! (I also hinted at a mid-week recipe, so here ya go!)

Don’t be scared! Try it at home! It won’t kill you … but the Halloween Gremlin might! muahahahaha!


  1. Frozen organic wild blueberries (boo!)
  2. Frozen organic strawberries (the two berries combined should be about 1/3 a cup)
  3. 2 fists full of fresh organic spinach
  4. 6 raw almonds
  5. 4 raw walnut halves (spooky brain-shaped nuts!)
  6. 2 tbs silken tofu
  7. 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  8. 1/8 tsp vanilla extract (add more to taste if you want to)
  9. 1 seeded date for added whole-fruit sweetness
  10. Coconut water and Almond milk in equal parts
  11. Optional: 1 tsp chia seed
  12. Optional: 1/2 tsp maca powder
  13. Optional: 1 tbs brewers yeast (from the witch’s brew!)

Enjoy this Tricky Treat! (Halloween Gremlin not included.)
